Starcraft 2 Scheduled to Release Summer 2010
This summer, the epic struggle between the Protoss, Terran, and Zerg returns with Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty. Setting the bar for competitive real-time strategy games, Starcraft II is the much awaited sequel to Bizzard Entertainment’s orginal Starcraft that was released back in 1998, and is still one of the most popular video games of all time.
Single player campaigns begin where Starcraft: Brood War left off. Developers plan for three Starcraft II titles, each featuring a different story line following one of the three races. Wings of Liberty will start with Terran, the humanoid race exiled from Earth.
